i-DDi is the new an innovative product developed by Bailworth Solutions Ltd in partnership with Eastbourne Borough Council and Rother District Council.

This product fits easily and seamlessly in to your existing web site and enables you to accept Direct Debit instructions via the internet. The i-DDi product works in an intelligent manor, verifying customers to your Revs & Bens system in 'real time' and validating their Bank or Building Society details to avoid problems when making collections in the future.

Update your Revs & Bens system at the click of a button. i-DDi also enables you to view and import Direct Debit instructions for your customers that have used the service. Simply click on the button and the customers' account will be updated and the Direct Debit ready to be used.

There are 3 flexible purchase options:

• £1,000 one off payment + 10p per use
• £500 one off payment + 50p per use
• no initial payment + £1 per use

There are no annual licence fees and full support forever FREE!

Optional Extra - It is necessary to seek approval from BACS prior to accepting customers' Direct Debit instructions via your web site. Bailworth Solutions will do this on your behalf at an additional cost of £500. However, purchase orders received before 1st August 2009 will receive this service for free, giving you a saving of £500!

Partnership Discount - Purchase i-DDi with one or more of your partnership Councils and each authority will recieve a 20% discount.
