i-DDi is the 'intelligent on-line Direct Debit instructions' product from bailworth Solutions Ltd and has been developed in partnership with Eastbourne Borough Council and Rother District Council.

i-DDi allows you to accept Direct Debit instructions for Council Tax and Business Rates from your customers via your exisitng Council web site.  It does this in an intelligent way, by validating your customers' information in 'real time' against your Revenues & Benefits system.  i-DDi also validates your customers' Bank or Building Society details in 'real time' so it does all of the work so you no longer have to. Once complete, i-DDi can update your Revenues and Benefits system with newly received Direct Debits.
